Yes, we offer free domestic shipping within India on all orders above Rs. 2000. For orders below Rs. 2000, standard shipping charges will apply and will be shown during checkout.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! For international orders, there will be an additional shipping charges according to the country and weight of the product. A separate email will be sent by our customer care with payment link.

3. How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.

4. How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

We deliver your order to you as soon as possible! We’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order dispatched within 4-7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Domestic Orders (Within India): Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but typically, international deliveries take 7-15 working days after dispatch.

7. Are there any customs fees for international orders?
