1. Are Sale Items Eligible for Exchange?
No, items purchased during a sale or with a discount are not eligible for exchange. All sales on discounted items are final.
2. Can I Exchange My Product for a Different Size?
Yes, all products are eligible for size exchanges only, provided they meet the exchange criteria. Please make sure to follow the process outlined below to request a size exchange.
3. What If My Product Has a Manufacturing Defect?
We ensure the highest standards of quality, but if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate this process:
- You must share a video of unboxing and photograph of the defect to our WhatsApp number (+91 99999999) or send us an e-mail on orders@kakoifashion.com immediately after unpacking your order.
- You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.
Once we verify the defect, we will proceed with an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).
4. When Is a Refund Offered?
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect Delivery: If you received the wrong product.
- Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage.
- Make sure to submit your request for a refund within 24 Hours of receiving the product. The time of the delivery will be considered as per the delivery partner.
- Once the Refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
5. What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Product Preferences: We do not accommodate requests for exchanges or refunds based on a change in product preference.
- Change of Mind: Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if you change your mind after making a purchase.
6. How Do I Initiate a Refund/Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange for eligible products:
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp (+91 93190 91777) with a photo of the defect or damage from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
- Alternatively, you can email us at orders@kakoifashion.com
- Make sure to submit your request within 24 hours of receiving the product. The time of the delivery will be considered as per the delivery partner.
- We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
